1st page of 2014

I spent the first day of 2014 exploring the Nami Island which located in the North Han River. It took about one and half hours to get there from Gangnam District. There's a plenty of tourist there and most of them are from Indonesia. Yes! almost in every tourist spot in Korea you can easily find Indonesian Tourist and even the shopkeeper of the souvenir shop in Insadong can speak Bahasa. The island was covered by snow that day so I decided to stay at the Island a little longer for taking lots of photos for my very own "Winter Sonata" kinda day :)

Korean Street Food

One of my new year's resolution is to write more for this blog. I haven't written any story for my blog for such a long time. Yes, I only posted two times on this blog last year :( So I'm determined to change this. I hope that I could keep post on this blog at least once a month *fingercrossed*

Back to my travel diary,  On my first night in Seoul I got a chance to tasted some of the famous korean street food and drinks that has been recommended by some of my friends.

This is the super famous banana milk. Almost all of my friends that have visited korea told me about how heavenly this milk tasted. But....actually for me, this milk tasted so average. Really, this is just an ordinary banana milk, nothing special...at all. Call me crazy but I just can't find the special part of this milk while some of my friends begging me to bring home some dozens of this milk because they really miss the heavenly taste of this milk.
This is korean egg cake (GyeRanBang). One of the korean street food that I enjoyed the most. Yes! I love how this egg cake tasted so soft, a bit salty and of course the warmth from this egg cake to beat the freezing weather in Seoul.
There are still a lot of yummy korean street food but unfotunately I can't give all of them a try on that night.
