She's wear a Armani Prive dress. Not only that, but she also wear a devil wings between her ridicilous Armani Prive gown. Her wings is so disturbing her looks. Seriously, without that wings she will look more elegant.

Okay, lets forget about her stupid "wings"  but Katy Perry made a surprise in red carpet by bringing her grandma. Yes, Katy Perry bringing her 90 years old grandma to Grammy Award. But everyone knows adorable grandma make everything okay :)
